Outswinging doors are often used on long-distance buses.
The door mechanism is located to the side of the door opening, and there is no mechanism over the top of the door. Thus the upper part of the door is almost free of components. This door system is especially suitable for long-distance buses with stairs in the immediate vicinity of the door opening.
Outswinging doors are also used on some city buses, but in these instances the mechanism is located above the door opening.
We produce and deliver outswinging doors, mainly with a pneumatic motor, either as single- or double-door models.
